The construction of the El-Sadat Axis Bridge is part of the government’s plan to upgrade key traffic corridors in East Alexandria, aiming to reduce congestion at vital intersections. TESECO participated as the engineering consultant in this transformational project, which enhances mobility within the city and improves connectivity with national road networks.
Badya Project – Palm Hills

The Badya Palm Hills project is one of the largest integrated urban projects in New 6th of October City. It covers an area of 3,000 acres, divided into 6 development phases, with each phase offering independent services, making each one a self-contained urban community. The project is strategically located on the Wahat Road in the Creative City area. It is bordered to the west by the Middle Ring Road leading to the New Administrative Capital and Ain Sokhna, and to the south by Zewail University. Plans are also underway to establish a metro station and a monorail that will serve the project directly.
Integrated Strategy for Storm-water Management

In response to climate change and the increasing intensity of storm events, TESECO joined a coalition of governmental, academic, and engineering entities to develop and implement a comprehensive plan for stormwater management in Alexandria. This plan aims to enhance network efficiency and reduce the risks of water accumulation through innovative and sustainable solutions. TESECO also supervised the execution of the project.

As part of the national efforts to develop infrastructure and enhance the urban image of Alexandria, TESECO contributed to one of the largest coastal road projects: the Alexandria Corniche Expansion Project. The project aims to improve traffic flow, support tourism and recreational activities, and protect beaches from erosion.
Revitalization of Nabi Daniel Street – Alexandria

Nabi Daniel Street is one of the oldest historic streets in Alexandria, serving as a unique cultural and religious axis that reflects the coexistence of the three Abrahamic faiths, it's one of Alexandria’s oldest streets, dating back to 331 BC. & it acts as a home for a rare historical and religious landmarks as it includes Nabi Daniel Mosque, St. Mark's Coptic Orthodox Cathedral, Eliyahu Hanavi Synagouge Temple. TESECO took part in the street’s development to highlight its architectural and archaeological significance, turning it into a heritage walkway that caters to both residents and visitors.
Fish Farm Development at El-Ratma – Damietta

Within the framework of the national vision to advance aquaculture projects and maximize the economic return from natural resources, the Technological Environmental Sanitary Engineering Consultant Office (TESECO) participated in the engineering design and supervision of the El-Ratma Fish Farm Development Project in Damietta Governorate, one of the largest fish farms in the region. The project was based on rigorous technical studies to determine water and soil characteristics and to select the most suitable fish species for cultivation in the first pond, covering 106 feddans, with the aim of maximizing productivity and economic viability.
Western Arc of the Omar Suleiman

As part of Egypt’s national infrastructure and regional connectivity initiatives, TESECO provided consultancy services for the construction of the Western Arc of the Omar Suleiman Axis, one of Alexandria’s newest strategic transportation corridors. The project, supervised by the Central Agency for Reconstruction, aims to transform transportation and urban connectivity in the western part of the city.

As part of the ongoing efforts to revive historic squares and landmarks of religious and architectural significance, TESECO participated in preparing the designs and technical studies for the development of the Al-Mursi Abu Al-Abbas Mosque Complex — one of the most iconic religious and cultural symbols in Alexandria and across Egypt.
Solid Waste Management

TESECO plays a pivotal role in supporting and developing the integrated solid waste management system across Egypt, in cooperation with the Ministry of Local Development, as part of the national plan to enhance public sanitation services and strengthen environmental infrastructure efficiency. In this context, the office has participated in multiple projects across various governorates, the latest of which is the construction of three secure sanitary landfills in New Valley Governorate (El Kharga, El Dakhla, and Farafra), with a total cost of EGP 96 million.
