The Technological Environmental Sanitary Engineering Consultant Office (TESECO) is a consultancy firm established in 2006 by Professor Dr. Waleed Abdel Azim El-Borqei, to provide high-quality specialized engineering consultancy based on experience and sustainable solutions. To realize your idea, we work beautifully and creatively for your own dream.

Sanitary and environmental engineering is TESECO’s core area of expertise. The office offers studies, design, and supervision for projects involving water purification and desalination plants, wastewater treatment (domestic and industrial), storm water drainage, and water, irrigation, and sewage networks. It also handles projects related to solid waste management, recycling plants, sanitary landfills, and environmental impact assessments.

In addition, the office provides engineering consultancy across various disciplines such as architecture, mechanical, electrical, structural, transportation, irrigation, and hydraulics engineering, to deliver comprehensive and integrated solutions tailored to client needs with efficiency and professionalism.
